  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • Hot milk, for serving

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Spoon melted white chocolate into silicone sphere molds, coating the insides. Chill for 10 minutes until firm.
  3. Repeat Step 2 for a second layer of white chocolate. Chill until completely set.
  4. Gently remove chocolate shells from the mold.
  5. Fill half of the shells with mini marshmallows.
  6. Warm the edges of the empty chocolate shells slightly by placing them on a warm plate.
  7. Join the filled and empty shells together to create spheres.
  8. To serve, place one hot chocolate bomb in a mug. Pour hot milk over it and stir until melted and marshmallows are released.

Notes

  • Ensure your silicone mold is clean and dry before starting.
  • Work quickly when melting chocolate to prevent it from seizing.
