Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups crushed Hot Cheetos
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with crushed Hot Cheetos.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, shaking off excess.
  4. Dip floured chicken into the egg mixture.
  5. Coat chicken generously with crushed Hot Cheetos, pressing to adhere.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Carefully add chicken pieces to the hot oil, without overcrowding the pan.
  8. Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove chicken from skillet and place on a wire rack set over paper towels to drain excess oil.
  10. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can adjust the amount of Hot Cheetos to your preference.
  • For extra heat, use spicier Hot Cheetos or add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the flour.
  • These are best served immediately for maximum crispiness.
