- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3 cups crushed Hot Cheetos
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with crushed Hot Cheetos.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip floured chicken into the egg mixture.
- Coat chicken generously with crushed Hot Cheetos, pressing to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully add chicken pieces to the hot oil, without overcrowding the pan.
- Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and place on a wire rack set over paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot.

- You can adjust the amount of Hot Cheetos to your preference.
- For extra heat, use spicier Hot Cheetos or add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the flour.
