Ingredients

  • 1 pound noodles
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for extra heat
  • Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Add the drained noodles to the bowl with the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. If desired, add red pepper flakes for more spice.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if you like.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of gochujang to control the spice level.
