- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- Optional: red pepper flakes for extra heat
- Optional: sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Add the drained noodles to the bowl with the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- If desired, add red pepper flakes for more spice.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if you like.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of gochujang to control the spice level.
- You can add your favorite vegetables like broccoli, bell peppers, or mushrooms to make it a more complete meal.
