- 2 ripe nectarines, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 ounces burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush nectarine halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill nectarines for 3-4 minutes per side, until softened and lightly charred.
- Drizzle grilled nectarines with balsamic glaze and honey.
- Arrange burrata cheese on a platter.
- Place grilled nectarines around the burrata.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Choose ripe but firm nectarines for grilling.
- You can substitute peaches for nectarines.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
