  • 1 pound corned beef, chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained well
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 8 slices rye bread, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped corned beef and the drained sauerkraut.
  3. Pour the Thousand Island dressing over the meat and sauerkraut mixture. Mix everything gently to coat evenly.
  4. Add the cubed rye bread to the bowl and toss lightly until the bread pieces are slightly coated.
