Ingredients

  • 12 mini pizza crusts or English muffin halves
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • Optional toppings: mushrooms, onions, cooked sausage


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the pizza crusts or English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each crust.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  5. Add your desired toppings like pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden.
