Instructions

- Stir well to combine.

- Continue to boil, stirring constantly, until the jam thickens and reaches the gelling point (about 10-15 minutes).
- Stir in cinnamon if using.
- Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
- Ladle hot jam into prepared jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
- Wipe jar rims clean and screw on lids.
- Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
- Remove jars and let them cool completely.
