Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Roll or stretch your pizza dough into a rough heart shape on a lightly floured surface. You can gently pinch the top center to form the cleft of the heart.
- Carefully transfer the dough heart to the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, then the Parmesan cheese, over the sauce.
- Arrange your chosen toppings on top of the cheese.
- Lightly brush the exposed crust edges with olive oil.
