Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms, basil)
  • Olive oil for brushing


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Roll or stretch your pizza dough into a rough heart shape on a lightly floured surface. You can gently pinch the top center to form the cleft of the heart.
  3. Carefully transfer the dough heart to the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, then the Parmesan cheese, over the sauce.
  6. Arrange your chosen toppings on top of the cheese.
  7. Lightly brush the exposed crust edges with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving your special heart pizza.
