- 1/2 cup sliced zucchini

- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil.
- Grill the flatbread for 1-2 minutes per side, until lightly toasted.
- In a small bowl, toss the zucchini, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the vegetables for 3-5 minutes, or until tender-crisp and slightly charred.
- Remove the flatbread from the grill.
- Arrange the grilled vegetables over the flatbread.

- Return the flatbread to the grill for another 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is heated through.
