Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the tuna mixture evenly on one slice of bread.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Butter one side of the sandwich.
- Place the buttered side down in a preheated skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Butter the other side of the sandwich.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
