- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- For the dressing:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
- While chicken is grilling, prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until emulsified.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and sliced grilled chicken.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
- Top with extra Parmesan cheese before serving.

- For a creamier dressing, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes before grilling for extra flavor.
