- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons tzatziki sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 large whole wheat flatbread
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, flake the drained tuna.
- Add the chopped cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives to the bowl with the tuna.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.
- Add the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.
- Warm the flatbread slightly if desired.
- Spoon the tuna mixture onto the center of the flatbread.
- Fold in the sides of the flatbread, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the tuna mixture.
- If you don’t have tzatziki, Greek yogurt with a little garlic powder and dill can be a good substitute.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like chopped bell peppers or tomatoes.
