Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons tzatziki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 large whole wheat flatbread

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, flake the drained tuna.
  2. Add the chopped cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives to the bowl with the tuna.
  3. Stir in the crumbled feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.
  4. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Warm the flatbread slightly if desired.
  6. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the center of the flatbread.
  7. Fold in the sides of the flatbread, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the tuna mixture.
  • If you don’t have tzatziki, Greek yogurt with a little garlic powder and dill can be a good substitute.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like chopped bell peppers or tomatoes.
