Description
Create restaurant-quality Garlic Butter Steak Bites in just 15 minutes. This easy recipe is perfect for a quick appetizer or a special weeknight meal. Tender steak cubes are pan-seared to perfection and coated in a rich, garlicky butter sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add steak cubes in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan. Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet.
- Once butter is melted, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Stir in fresh parsley.
- Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, use a good quality cut of steak like sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip.
- Do not overcook the steak; it should be tender and juicy.
- Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.
- This dish is best served fresh.
