Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the pork cubes dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add pork cubes to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
- Remove pork from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet.
- Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly.

- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the sauce has slightly thickened.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute pork loin for pork tenderloin.
- Adjust garlic and seasoning to your preference.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes like rice, pasta, or a fresh salad.
