  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Pat the pork cubes dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork cubes to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
  4. Remove pork from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet.
  6. Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly.
  7. Return the seared pork to the skillet. Toss to coat the pork in the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the sauce has slightly thickened.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.

  • You can substitute pork loin for pork tenderloin.
