Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Press the sugar cookie dough evenly onto a 12-inch pizza pan or a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Let the cookie crust cool completely on the pan.
- While the crust cools, prepare the frosting: Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk together until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange your sliced fresh fruit decoratively over the frosting layer.
- Chill the fruit pizza for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use mini cookie dough portions on a baking sheet to make individual mini fruit pizzas.
- Pat the fruit dry with a paper towel before placing it on the frosting to prevent the crust from getting soggy.
