Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Scatter the mixed berries and any optional nuts or seeds over the yogurt.
