Make this easy Frozen Yogurt Bark for a great healthy snack. It is simple to prepare and tastes wonderful.

- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, aiming for about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries and chopped nuts over the yogurt layer. Gently press them in slightly.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen solid.
- Once frozen, lift the bark from the parchment paper. Break or cut it into irregular pieces.
- Store the frozen yogurt bark pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- You can swap the berries for other fruit like sliced banana or kiwi.
- Use non-fat or full-fat yogurt based on your preference.
- For a lower sugar option, reduce the amount of added sweetener.
