Description

Make this easy Frozen Yogurt Bark for a great healthy snack. It is simple to prepare and tastes wonderful.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, aiming for about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries and chopped nuts over the yogurt layer. Gently press them in slightly.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen solid.
  6. Once frozen, lift the bark from the parchment paper. Break or cut it into irregular pieces.
  7. Store the frozen yogurt bark pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.
