- 2 large flour tortillas

- 1 tablespoon butter or oil

Instructions
- Lay one tortilla flat. Sprinkle half of the cheese over one half of the tortilla.
- Add any optional fillings over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the fillings.
- Fold the other half of the tortilla over the fillings to create a half-moon shape.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the quesadilla in the hot skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
- Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve immediately.
