Ingredients

  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 100g kataifi pastry
  • 50g butter, melted
  • 200g pistachio cream or spread
  • 50g pistachios, chopped


Instructions

  1. Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
  2. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into a chocolate bar mold. Chill until set.
  3. In a bowl, mix the kataifi pastry with melted butter. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown and crispy. Let cool.
  4. Combine the crispy kataifi with pistachio cream and chopped pistachios.
  5. Fill the chocolate mold with the kataifi-pistachio mixture.
  6. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the filling to cover.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until fully set.
