- 200g milk chocolate
- 100g kataifi pastry
- 50g butter, melted
- 200g pistachio cream or spread
- 50g pistachios, chopped
Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
- Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into a chocolate bar mold. Chill until set.
- In a bowl, mix the kataifi pastry with melted butter. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown and crispy. Let cool.
- Combine the crispy kataifi with pistachio cream and chopped pistachios.
- Fill the chocolate mold with the kataifi-pistachio mixture.
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the filling to cover.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until fully set.
- Unmold and enjoy your homemade Dubai Chocolate Bar.
