Description
Make perfect, crispy air fryer potato wedges every time. These wedges have a fluffy inside and a crunchy outside, needing very little oil. They are quick and simple for any meal.

- 4 large Russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry the potatoes well. Cut the potatoes into uniform wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil until lightly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the oiled wedges and toss again to coat evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; work in batches if needed.
- Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
- Check for desired crispness before removing. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut wedges in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry them completely before seasoning.
- If you want a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to your seasoning mix.
- These pair wonderfully with burgers, grilled chicken, or a simple dipping sauce.
