Description

Make perfect, crispy air fryer potato wedges every time. These wedges have a fluffy inside and a crunchy outside, needing very little oil. They are quick and simple for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large Russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the potatoes well. Cut the potatoes into uniform wedges.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil until lightly coated.
  3. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the oiled wedges and toss again to coat evenly.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; work in batches if needed.
  7. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
  8. Check for desired crispness before removing. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the cut wedges in cold water for 30 minutes, then dry them completely before seasoning.
