- 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Stir in the drained tuna.
