- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Stir everything together until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly.
- Serve warm with your favorite crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- For an extra cheesy dip, add a little more mozzarella or Parmesan.
