- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 (15 ounce) cans Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken or beef (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well. If using, stir in the shredded chicken or beef.
- Spread about 1/4 cup of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Lay a cooked lasagna noodle flat. Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture evenly over the noodle.
- Carefully roll up the noodle, starting from one end. Place the roll-up seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles and cheese mixture.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups.
- Cover the baking dish with foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken or beef.
- You can add sautéed vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the cheese mixture for extra flavor and nutrients.
