- 6 slices of bread, crusts removed
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded or finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Lay out the bread slices on a clean surface.
- Spread an even layer of the turkey mixture over each slice of bread, going all the way to the edges.
- Carefully roll up each bread slice tightly.
- Slice each roll-up into 3-4 bite-sized pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of dried sage or thyme to the turkey mixture.
