Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 slices of bread, crusts removed
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded or finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Lay out the bread slices on a clean surface.
  3. Spread an even layer of the turkey mixture over each slice of bread, going all the way to the edges.
  4. Carefully roll up each bread slice tightly.
  5. Slice each roll-up into 3-4 bite-sized pinwheels.
  6. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of dried sage or thyme to the turkey mixture.
  • If you don’t have cream cheese, ricotta or a thick Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute.
  • These are best served fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a day.
