Easy and delicious cottage cheese ice cream.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: fruit, chocolate chips, nuts
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Stir in any optional add-ins.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop and enjoy!
Notes
- For a thicker ice cream, freeze for a longer time.
- If the ice cream is too hard to scoop, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
