A simple and delicious tuna wrap perfect for a quick lunch or portable meal.
Ingredients

- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped onion, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread half of the tuna salad mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
- Top the tuna salad with half of the shredded lettuce and half of the chopped tomato.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom.
- Repeat with the second tortilla and the remaining ingredients.
- Cut the wraps in half if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a creamier tuna salad, add an extra tablespoon of mayonnaise.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like shredded carrots or bell peppers.
- If you prefer a tangier flavor, add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the tuna salad.
