  • 2 cans (5 ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped red onion, sweet pickle relish, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
