- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, chopped red onion, sweet pickle relish, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
