- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 cup cooked egg noodles
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir until smooth.
- Add the drained tuna and cooked egg noodles to the soup mixture. Gently mix to combine all ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the casserole.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the bread crumb and cheese topping.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For an extra creamy casserole, you can add a little more milk.
- Feel free to add frozen peas or corn for added vegetables.
- If you don’t have cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup can be substituted.
