Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16.5 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  4. Dip each biscuit quarter into the melted butter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Roll the butter-coated biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well covered.
  6. Place the coated pretzel bites onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between them.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Let them cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra sweet touch, you can drizzle them with a simple glaze made from powdered sugar and a little milk after they cool.
  • These are best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for a day or two.
