- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into four equal pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Melt the butter in another small bowl.
- Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Roll the butter-coated biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well covered.
- Place the coated pretzel bites onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
