- Spread the melted white chocolate evenly over the dark chocolate layer.
- Immediately sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the white chocolate while it is still wet.
- Let the bark set completely at room temperature for about 1 hour, or until firm.
- Once set, break the bark into pieces.
