Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Dip each pretzel rod into the melted chocolate, coating about two-thirds of the rod.
  5. Let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
