Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate. You can use a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval. If using, stir in the coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Dip the pretzels into the melted chocolate, coating about two-thirds of the pretzel. Let excess chocolate drip off.
  4. Place the coated pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Allow the chocolate to set completely. You can place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 15 to 20 minutes to speed up the setting process.
