- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/4 pound ground pork
- 1/4 cup finely chopped napa cabbage
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- Pinch of white pepper
Instructions
- Mix flour and hot water to form a dough. Knead until smooth, then cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine ground pork, napa cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and white pepper. Mix well.
- Roll the dough into a thin log and cut into small, equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a thin circle (wrapper).
- Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half and crimp the edges to seal, creating your desired dumpling shape.
- Steam the dumplings for 8-10 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through.
