- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
- Pat the rinsed chickpeas completely dry with a paper towel.
- Add chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a food processor.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add oat flour, protein powder, and salt. Process again until well combined.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips if using.
