- 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bread into 1-inch cubes, cutting about three-quarters of the way down, leaving the bottom intact.
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the butter mixture evenly over the bread slices, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
- Stuff the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the cuts of the bread.
- Wrap the bread tightly in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Carefully open the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is slightly crisp.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the pull-apart goodness!

- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture for a little heat.
