Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, water, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
