Description

These Caprese Stuffed Mushrooms are a delightful and quick appetizer. Fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes, and fragrant basil are baked into tender mushroom caps for a burst of Italian flavor. Perfect for any gathering, they are ready in about 20 minutes.

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup shredded fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
