- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Sear chicken in the hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
