- 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Instructions
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Melt butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until set.
- Stir in cooked sausage or bacon, cheese, bell peppers, and onion. Cook for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Spoon egg mixture onto each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to create a burrito.
- Wrap burritos individually in foil.
- To reheat, place wrapped burritos on a grill or campfire for 5-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through.
