- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing, for serving
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually whisk in the water until a smooth batter forms.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the battered cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, prepare the Buffalo sauce: In a small saucepan, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, and white vinegar. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl.
- Pour the Buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately with ranch dressing and fresh parsley for garnish.

- For extra crispy cauliflower, you can lightly spray the florets with cooking oil before air frying.
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preferred level of spice.
