  • 1 box (18.3 ounces) fudge brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions using the oil, water, and eggs. Spread batter evenly onto the prepared pizza pan.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool completely.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the cooled brownie base.
  5. Arrange fresh berries over the cream cheese layer.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over the fruit pizza.
  8. Chill for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
