- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Diced pickles
- Cheddar cheese slices
- For the Big Mac Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 small patties, slightly larger than your slider buns.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking.
- While the patties cook, prepare the Big Mac sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, chopped onion, white vinegar, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Lightly toast the slider buns if desired.
- Assemble the sliders: Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce on the bottom bun. Add shredded lettuce, a cooked beef patty with cheese, and diced pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Repeat for all sliders. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can make the Big Mac sauce ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of garlic powder to the beef mixture.
