Description

Make your own mini Big Macs at home with this easy 20-minute copycat recipe. These Big Mac Sliders capture all the classic flavors of the iconic burger in a fun, bite-sized format perfect for parties or a quick meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Diced pickles
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • For the Big Mac Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 small patties, slightly larger than your slider buns.
  2. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking.
  3. While the patties cook, prepare the Big Mac sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, chopped onion, white vinegar, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  4. Lightly toast the slider buns if desired.
  5. Assemble the sliders: Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce on the bottom bun. Add shredded lettuce, a cooked beef patty with cheese, and diced pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
  6. Repeat for all sliders. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can make the Big Mac sauce ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of garlic powder to the beef mixture.
  • Feel free to add other toppings like sautéed onions or a tomato slice.
