- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the salsa and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheese until melted.
- Top with the remaining cheese and let it melt, about 1-2 minutes.
