- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and rice vinegar.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the flour mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add coated chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to low. Add the sauce to the skillet with the chicken and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the chicken and sauce, tossing gently to coat.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the breadcrumbs are toasted.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha sauce for desired spice level.
- Feel free to add a squeeze of lime juice for extra zest.
- Serve with rice or your favorite side dish.
