Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and rice vinegar.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the flour mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Add coated chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Reduce heat to low. Add the sauce to the skillet with the chicken and toss to coat.
  7. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the chicken and sauce, tossing gently to coat.
  8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the breadcrumbs are toasted.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
