  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 12 slices bacon, cut in half


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each jalapeño in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and membranes. Wear gloves for this step if you have sensitive skin.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, and garlic powder until well combined.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into each jalapeño half.
