Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Wash and thinly slice the sweet potato. You can use a mandoline for even slices.
- In a bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
