- 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute lemon pepper seasoning for the spices if you prefer a brighter flavor.
- For an extra crispy finish, lightly spray the bites with cooking spray before the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- These pair well with a fresh side salad or roasted asparagus.
