Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Cook in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute lemon pepper seasoning for the spices if you prefer a brighter flavor.
  • For an extra crispy finish, lightly spray the bites with cooking spray before the last 2 minutes of cooking.
