  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Place chopped bacon in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy. Remove bacon and drain excess fat from the basket.
  2. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the cooked bacon, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Return the coated Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized.
