- 2 large Russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick fries.
- Soak the fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain the fries and pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispy fries, soak them longer or rinse and pat dry again.
